I've had a few sets and they're pretty strong, hit a few potholes and they were fine. Price is pretty good too. I kind of prefer them over most. About to me on my next set heh.
(I'd pick the Troubles IMO)

they are friggin strong. The amount of bumps and holes i hit, and still not bent, cept for that one minor bend from the previous owner. *points finger*! lol but still riding good.

Konigs are usually good quality and fairly light for their price range.

I picked up some Konig Tuner IIs 2 weeks ago and will agree with what has been said here. No I haven't had them long enough to speak for durability but all the roads around here are $hit and I hit potholes and go over train tracks daily during my 30 min trip to work and have no problems. They look and feel to be quality made pieces especially for the price and yes they're much lighter than most other wheels in their price range. My 18s weigh in at 21-22 lbs each while my buddies 17in Kragers weigh in at like 35 lbs each, it's ridiculous!
