would a 20x9.5 w/45 offset in combination with a 245/35/20 tire fit in the rear?

37mm offset. i think its the same size all around so will it fit?

spec wise it SHOULD fit. thats one big wheel though. Are you buying these new or second hand? Most wheel companies let you do a "dry test" fitment just as long as you dont mount the tires you can return them if they dont fit. They should look great but be aware your car will feel like its rolling on bricks. Good luck though and post pics when you get your set up going.
