Offset Q for 17x8 rims

I recently bought a set of 17" rims with snow tires on them, but the offset is +13mm instead of +35mm. can i still make it fit on my 02 max? my car is not lowered by the way. any help would be appreciated.

those will stick WAY out....30mm is flush with the fenders in the front in an 8" wide rim. Really, it will look very, very stupid.
