"Sport Collection" rims - well build?

My maxi has over 130k miles now, on original honeycomb wheels, so I decided to get new rims since I have to change tires. I know these are not one of the cool looking ones, but still looks better than OEM. Are these "quality" rims? Should I be worried that they would bent easily or something? Sorry, I don't really know much about wheels, please help me out.

Here is the info from TireRack:

Sport Collection D5
Size Selected: 16x7
Price: $78 each
Estimated Availability: In Stock
Recommended Tire Size: 215/55-16
Wheel Offset: +38mm
Construction Type: LP Cast/Shot Peened
** Lightweight: 18.1 lbs. **

P.S. How bent rims affect performance/handling/etc?

Looks decent for 78 bucks each. I highly doubt any 16" will bend that easily since you'll have lots of rubber surrounding it. Gotta be more careful of potholes when you upgrade to 18" and up though.

Nice looking wheels. But IMHO 18.1 lbs for a 16" wheel is not particularly light. But they should do the job fine and look great.

Looking to replace 15" steelies on '97 Maxima

Sorry to bust in, but does anyone know the weight of the stock 15" steel wheels? Any advice on what to look for in new alloy 15" wheels to improve the weight/performance over the steelies? What weight can I reasonably expect for a wheel under around $125? I care most about weight and cost over looks, and it appears that bigger wheels are a tremendous weight penalty, so sticking with 15's makes sense if I want a light wheel I can afford!

Also, I want a quality wheel that is tough enough to withstand our rugged Seattle-area roads! I appreciate any suggestions on how to shop wheels.
