Sidewall on all my tires keeps tearing apart

Ive been driving on the Pirelli Pzero Nero M&S(225/40/18 on 18x7.5 rims) for a year now, and within that year, three out of my four tires had to be replaced, and strangely enough, all of them blew out the same way...a torn apart sidewall...not a hole, but literally torn apart, and only the sidewall, and this is with less than 10k miles wear on them. Would a bad alignment play a role in this? worn out suspension?? I know these tires have a soft sidewall but i was under the impression that would have helped with comfort, not them tearing apart. Ive usually kept the tires inflated at 35psi, the rears sometimes upto 40 because of the softness. I am really outraged at having to replace tires so often, this sucks. Any reason for this? anyone else experience this?

I'm not sure what the original weight capabilities were of your OEM tires, but to me it looks like the size you got for the PZero is too small to support the weight of your car - both load-wise and profile-wise.

Are you dropped? Any possible rubbing? Far stretch, but I suppose anything possible. Aside from the above...wrong tire size/weight rating.
