Old size was 205/65/15 and new size is 215/60/15 What should i do?

Depending on what you bought, where, and what type of tires....perhaps you should take them back and ***** to the dealer.
Granted many tires have different tread patterns and compounds that may or may not be noisier than others.....but basically, you haven't told us much about what you had vs. what you have now to make any statements.

It is also possible that these tires will quiet-down after a few hundred miles of use. But not likely!

I don't think I said anything of value there....!
