Yes, but there are a lot of places to get your rims (and car) stolen...

but it's not just about being quicker, lightweight wheels improve the feel of the car in general, they just make it less sluggish. It accelerates, brakes, and turns (well, to an extent) easier than otherwise.

i only like the 20's out of them all. you mustve wasted a good amount of money by now tryin to figure out the nicest set.

nope. not really. the older set usually pays for the next. only usually put in about $100-$200 or so more.
