I just bought some G35 wheels..........

I picked up some 18's off a G35 coupe 30mm offset
For my 00 SE Maxima.
Do I need to get different lug nuts or will the OEM ones work?

You should be able to go ahead and use the same ones--why wouldn't you?

There is really no reason that your lugs will not work.
