17X9......+35.....Can Fit?

Hey guys, haven't been on here in a while. Anyways, seen a guy locally selling a set of rims that are 17x9 with a +35 offset. You think there would be any issues? And I'm pretty sure these don't have tires, so I can pretty much pick and choose tire size. I was thinking 235/45/17 would work well, or would I have to go with a 245/45/17? FYI, I have Ksport adjustable suspension. What do you think.........Can fit?
