Are they with tires or without?

If they are with tires, the best way to ship them is to just lash them together, tires will protect the outsides of the rims and then cover the face of the rim with a thing of cardboard taped to it. I shipped a set of 17s like this for like $80, so you might be looking at $90-100 because your distance is a bit more, and they will be a bit heavier.

Fed ex normally have the best rates...and it's normally 2-3 day shipping. I was going to ship my rims from Louisiana to New York and it was like $23 per rim. I would try fed ex...as for how much the millie weigh I don't know sorry
