I just got 18x7.5 in. rims, with a +45 offset. I was wonder what size tires should be used (225, or 235). I have an 00 w/ 17's and I think the width on those is also 7.5 w/ a 225 tire, but not sure. I was also wondering if spacers would be needed for fitment. Thanks in advance for any help.

 

I just put 18x7.5 on my 01. 225/45x18 is what I got. It is the closest in circumference. 235/45x18 will also work but is a little larger, but still within 3%. I believe that the 235 will work on a 7.5 in. rim.

 

you can put 245s on a 7.5" wheel if you want

 

I would run 235/40/18 and 5mm spacers.
