No rubbing. Dropped on AGX and Tein S Techs. I have 1" of space on the inside and .5" on the outside before it rubs.

I'm actually going 20x8.5 and 20x10 this spring.

why would you want to run staggered for? trying to spend money on tires like crazy since you can't rotate and get the maximum life out of them

IMO it looks better. Staggered w/ chrome 3 piece wheels. There is no substitute. Post a pic of your wheels and have everyone decide what looks better.

Staggered vs not staggered. Rotated tires vs new tires. 1 pc wheels vs 3 piece wheels.

I'm using 19x8.5 (38mm o/s) with 245-40/19 on the front and 19x9.5 (45mm o/s) with 255-40/19 on the back. No problems at all.

You should be fine with those offsets. I run 17x8.5 (+40) 255/40/17 fronts and 17x9.5 (+38) 275/40/17 rears (shared with my Z32) There are no issues with the fronts, the rears rub over big dips (fender rolling would solve)

I'm running G35 19's 225/40/19's up front 245/40/19's out back with minimal rubbing due to off centered beam. I love the staggered look, even if mine isn't much. As for replacing tires these are only on in the summer and I swap out my snows for winter so they don't wear out as quickly. HTH
