Tire Selection

I just got some 18x8" Konig Villans for my maxima and Im going to need new tires very soon. Ive always thought I would get the BF Goodrich T/A KDW 2's bc I love how stiff their sidewall is and they seem pretty sticky, but theyre so expensive.......... I will be boosted very soon, hopefully spring, with a V1 blower at 9psi so Im definitely looking to get a pretty sticky tire. I really like the reviews Im reading about the General UHPs and am very tempted to try them out. Also whats going to be the best size for the 8" wide wheels. I know you can fit up to 255's on them but im told the contact patch is really not that different from that of the 245s due to the wheel width. Any insight is greatly appreciated, thanks guys!
