Wheel fitment

I'm interested in purchasing wheels for my car. The spec: 19x9 +24 with 235/35-19 all around.
Has anyone pulled this off with rolled fenders?

rolled fenders are where you take the inside of your fenders and roll them up against the underside. It will allow a little more room for you to put bigger tires on...
