Looking to purchase these puppies. My car is a black on black 01 maxima 20th



Still deciding to go either 18 or 19. Have read the previous post and lm leaning toward 18 unless someone can convince me.

Question is what offset should I go with? they have it in 30, 40 and 50 for 18x8.

Also what size tire would you recommned? 235/40 or something bigger?

Aprreciate your help gentlemen

 

18x8 30 offset, 235/40/18

Best size for a flush look and no rubbing. 19s look too big on a 5th gen, and are just dead weight.

Go with 245/40 for tire size.

 

Which is of course a matter of opinion, and there are some lightweight 19's available, you just gotta pay for them.

True...but people around here aren't big on paying the big bucks for lightweight wheels....they'd rather have the *bling*

besides, the 18" version of any wheel will be lighter than the 19" version of the same wheel (assuming same rim width)

Can anyone with Photioshop skills be able to photoshop the rim on a 2001 black maxima?

I tried using the websites car image but they cant load the the rim on the car (so much for service)

I like the look of a big wheel and skinny rubber
but the ride suffers - plus with less rubber you run a bigger risk of runing a wheel on a pothole...
