Is there something that will protect the clearcoat on my rims?

I've got some 17" ADR rims. I didnt relize untill after i bought them that the quality isnt all that great. Is there something that i can put on the rim that would protect the finush and keep it from peeling?

ADR wheels are notorious for having peeling clearcoat, are yours peeling? As for a cure, I have no idea.

I wish i new that before i bought them. Anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this?

Protect em with wax or a synthetic polymer.

Strip the clear and get it professionally re-coated.

Getting them re-coated is a good idea..i didnt think of that. Do you know how much that would cost? And could a regular shop do this?
Can the synthetic polymer be bought at a regular auto store.

Ya its called wax LOL joking, sorry I cant pass up a funny time to be a smart A$$. The best thing you can do is keep the brake dust from bulding up on them and every time you wax the car wax your wheels.
