Buying new rubber! Opinions!

I currently have 245/40 18 Nitto 555's! Keeping same size, but I am getting tires through Discount tire! I have tried to narrow my choices down to either another set of Nittos, Falken 452's,BFG G-Force, or General Exclaim UHP's. I am trying to be around $600-$650 out the door but want a decent performing tire. The Nittos have been awesome but I really did not beat on them or take them to the extreme. I just do daily driving, 85% street/traffic and 15% highway! I am looking for an overall quiet smooth riding tire but will need a strong sidewall as I am lowered on S.techs. (So hopefully the rubber can smooth out the ride a bit) Just was wondering if any members have any experience with the tires mentioned above and what your thoughts and opinions are!

Thanks guys!

I used to have some Nitto Neo Gens and they were a really nice tire, and they are really cheap. They performed pretty well and were quiet. I now have BFG G force KDW2s and they perform awesome, and have lasted me 2 years! However it sounds like I have a wolf strapped underneath my car when I'm driving on the highway, they're loud!

Thnx Sooner! I actually placed my order with Discount tire for some General Exclaim UHP's! These tires were about $120 a piece but were rated best on their tire chart. It had better ratings than the Nitto's, Toyo FZ4's, and Falken 512's! I was also interested in the Falken 452's and BFG G-Force Sports but those were rated under the Generals and cost more plus they had a softer sidewall than the Generals! Overall it appears that the Generals were the best bang for the buck! Hopefully they perform as good as their reviews! All in all i was at the price I wanted to be at right around $625 out the door and there is even a $40 rebate on the Generals and a $50 rebate on the Car Care credit card for purchases over $500. So really it came out to about $535 for 4 General 245/40 18's with certificates for free replacements and of course free lifetime rotation and balancing and free flat repair!
