Lug Nut Size????

Hey everyone...I am painting my calipers this weekend and was unsure of the wheel lug nut size for my 16" original 5 spoke wheels on my 01 max??? I was able to fit a 13/16 deep well socket but am wanting a better fit for the socket.. I am guessing metric of either a 19mm or 21mm...I will take the wheel off with lug wrench that came with the car and torque them down to 80-87lbs after reassembly...Thanks for the help................

Most of the stock Nissan lugnuts are 21mm.

OK mine is a 98 Maxima GXE with 15" wheels.

I just purchased an impact gun to loosen the wheel lugs. My cross-haired lug wrench I was using 21 mm size opening.

So I got a 21" deep impact adpater and the gun was splipping. Perhaps the size is inaccurate or an english version in inches is necessary.

Though my car was built for the Canadian market, it probablt should be metric.

I searched through Hayne maual, no specs. Nor here.

22mm? Oh and wheel size 205R65
