offset question? +35 or +45

i'm planning on getting some new wheels. mrr design 19x9.5 but they come in +35 and +45 which is the better offset?

i tried looking here but some of the site is down http://maxmods.dyndns.org/index.php

any help i would appreciate!

Wide as sin. I'd say +45 since they're so wide. They have a better chance of NOT sticking out w/ the higher offset.
