IIRC the 350Z wheels are 8 +30 front and 8.5 +33 rear. They should be fine.

If you keep them the same width then you can rotate your tires. But it's kinda hard to find 4 same wheels that are in similar condition alway.

It took me roughly 3 months to find 2 sets so that I could have 4 fronts and NmexMAX could have 4 rears

I don't have the 18s but I have a staggered set of 350Z 17s. the fit perfectly with no spacers. I tried a set of all 7.5" (fronts). I like the staggered fitment better even though the car is FWD. I get lots of compliments on them. I actually got the same size tires on all four wheels so I can rotate them but have to have each wheel/tire broken down to rotate the tires without changing the wheel locations.

I would say screw it and go stagger (which I myself did). First of all... are you lowered? I'm pretty sure you would be fine in the back with 8.0 + 235 with 30mm offset but front would probably gonna have problems (rubbing). So.. 8.5 is out of the question -IMO-.
