i think the 1010tires.com one is simpler but the graphics make this one pretty awesome. good find.

That is pretty cool, but I still think someone should just sticky a list consisting of the different widths and their respective tire sizes/offsets...

I posted something like that earlier...but no one seemed to care These sizes are for a fourth gen, spacer in the back would be needed...

I think we should add this note the offset calculator, based on the observations I have of setups on 4th gen maximas (5th and 6th can add their 2 cents later... )

For a fourth gen Maxima and a moderately flush setup in the front (little/no poke), roll rear fender and space to match:

Width Offset Tire Size

9 +38 (255)

8.5 +32 (245)

8 +26 (235)

7.5 +20 (225)

7 +14 (215)

You can vary the offset a little, but I don't recommend going too much lower if you don't want to stretch tires too much to fit. The tire sizes are also not concrete, but I don't recommend going too much bigger because of rubbing issues, especially if your slammed...
Obviously the aspect ratio would vary depending on the diameter of the wheel...

I thought the visual aspect would be easier for some people.

nice find. definitely helps for people to understand offset, as well as wheel/tire sizing. i do like the descriptions for everything underneath explaining the changes.

Good find!! I've seen this one before and noticed that it gave a bit more info than most other offset/tire calculators. It has a problem with people wanting to run stretched tires. I can't put 225/35/19s on a 19x9 on their calculator.

sunk in wheels and/or rubbing =

no rear camber =

stretched tires = dealing with the

personally, i don't care for the look (which is why a lot of people do it), but if i have to do it to get low and run flush wheels then i will.

In addition to the above, you won't notice the stretched tires too much if you radius the fenders and drop the car down to the lip

that's some good stuff!

Can we also compare that to adding spacers? As in, I have a 30 offset and if I get 15 spacers making it a "15" offset?
