S-03 is more conducive to corners and is designed with wet weather in mind, will also be $$.

NT-555 is more for straight line traction.

This has been covered a billion times before...

The so-3's have been discontinued, so the prices are a lot more attractive, but they'll also be older tires that have sat around for a while. After considering this fact, I bought some Kuhmo MX's.
