question on rays

the rear offset is 33, while the front is 30. is it better to swap these around when putting them on my max?

here are the detailed specs
Front Size: 18x8.0 Offset: +30mm Weight: 18.19lbs Tire: 225/45/18 Rear Size: 18x8.5 Offset: +33mm Weight: 18.62lbs Tire: 245/45/18

recommend rotate front to back only. no cross rotation. can be rotated side to side if symmetrical tires.

put them on today. I did put the wider ones in the rear, the front stick out a tad. Mr****s, i wasnt sure if the stock lugnuts would work as the rims are different and may have had a different grooving. But after looking at the rays, it looked like both were the same.

i think its best if the +33 offset is in the front, and the +30 in the rear, otherise the front would stick out too much. need a drop! and new tires. the bridgestone potenza re040 suck, very very noisy. the tires i have on now are 225/45/18. i think ill probbably go with 235/40/18 next. this should be within spec.

the only difference in lug nuts is the thread pattern. maybe open ended or closed ended as well but thats pretty much it.

thats why they're called craptenza's. not a very likable tire. plus the size itself is taller and wider than what you really need. get a better tire with the right size and you should be good to roll.

IMO, it doesn't really matter, but might look weird because your tire sizes are different. I really doubt the 3 mm in offset will make a difference. The rears are also .5" wider. +30mm in the front is fine, but if you want the rears to come out more, just get some 5 mm spacers or even 10 or 15 mm.

As for the lugs, I assume when you say "stock" you mean the stock Z lugs? I think the stock Maxima lugs are too big for the Tracks. They may fit, but it'll be tight IIRC and you may risk scratching up the rims whenever you remove or mount them.

i actually want the fronts to stick out less. Maybe it was a bad idea swapping the fronts and the rears (since you said the rears are about 0.5" wider) ill change them around. I am using the stock maxima lugnuts on the rays right now. which lugs do you recommend?

the tires on their now are 225/45 all around.

Front is 8'' and rear is 8.5''

Front tires for those are 225 and rears are 245...come on now Manny, we've been through hell and back with these wheels, you should at least know the sizes of them!
