not enough suspension travel if i slam&tuck. my exhuast piping will hit the rear beam if i go any lower. i could also bend the beam for some neg camber action but yah most likely not.

somethings just not adding up here. that does not look like how i would expect a 10 +24mm offset to fit at all. there is also a lot of negative camber going on for a solid rear beam. care to enlighten me?

not hating btw, if thats bolted up and ready to go congratulations. it looks freakin sick.

He probably has the car on jack stands and only has ONE side jacked up to the fender...

If you ever park with the one of the rear wheels in a hole/dip you will see what I mean. The wheel will be pushed to the fender with negative fender while the opposing wheel will have equal positive camber...

^^^ That's what I thought was going on.

It's not as bad aroung here but I KNOW in your uber l33t VSC/Zilvia buddies will be hating on the TENZOS! F*CK FAKES blahblahblah....

Simple matter is those look bad as hell. They could be Fisher Price for all I care. That weight is nuts though, car will feel like a tank (which is good and bad I guess).

Realllly want to see these tired up and on the ground.

I have bowed down, those are some awesome looking rims. BlackonBlack, your concept looks clean too!

I let my brother park my car the other day at my sister's wedding, and I've got slight curbage already, so BE CAREFUL.

Seriously, those are awesome rims.

actually i had the rear beam heated and bent just for this application... just kidding. yeah its jacked up to one side so it looks like that. I've been thinking of pulling the fenders out more and wrapping a 275 but understeer would be a little ***** with 235 fronts. eh i could careless about that but damn itd be freakin awesome.

i hate on my own wheels lol. im hesitant when they ask me what it is... i dont even want to say it but damn it does look freakin good for Tenzo's. im not gonna put the center cap on tho. doesnt look good at all, cheesy to the max. I've never seen this particular design on anyother manufacturer so in a sense its not a faker. I know in the past these werent the greatest of wheels to begin with but over time a manufacturer learns mistakes and improves. They have to start somewhere given a certain budget and what not. So im hoping Tenzo improved on their wheel design and casting.
weight IS definitely a problem as I'm more than likely going to surpass the 50lb/wheel mark. with gas prices going up and the decrease in performance from these behemoths, at least ill be looking good.

Im trying to get tires on these *****es as soon as i can. I am as eager as all of you to mount em on the car.

THIS IS SOME SORT OF SOFT HONEY DIPPED CARAMEL COLOR!!!

I would be mad if i ordered the "bronze" and this sweet caramel color came instead.

i saw these wheels in person at a recent FormulaD event and i was pretty disappointed in color choice, but you can never go wrong with a machined face

No offense, but you need to do a bit more research before you buy stuff. That IS hyperblack. I also notice you buying a bunch of s'hit and then tripping out about the sizes and having them on for a couple days. Whats with that? Don't take it the wrong way but I would really like to keep this n00bert type stuff out of a great thread.

I know that, but you know the type of guys that I'm talking about. The same crew that rolls those jello shifter *****.

These wheels remind me of a staggered setup that BMW would use on an M car.

average of 25lbs is not too bad for a wide 19. But yes you will probably feel the difference.

On that note, I have been driving around with a 3700lb maxima (got it weighed with all my tools and crap inside) for awhile, I took all my crap out of it and man this (stock) thing is quick all of a sudden.

Hmm.... looked better in the other pictures (maybe it's just too low in these) but I still like em. You should pick up some Mazda Millenia or 929 wheels--15x6, 11lbs (12 for 929s)

i never really thought of tenzo as a bad brand. i kind of group them with axis and the like; quality original design cast wheels. sure, its not a forged 3 piece or anything but it suits the value of the car better and looks good. i think you made a great choice.

well that makes me feel a bit better. thanks I guess Axis and the like can be considered in the same category.

my car has most of the unnnecessary weight like the jack, spare, and all the tools and junk taken out for a long time so I'm used to how the car drives. It totally lags with passengers inside whether it be one or four.

Yeah, I am always tempted to go to track days but I never have money for it (and I don't really want to track my car on all seasons and HPS pads, they will both be gone by the end of the trackday).

15x6.5 i believe. the Millenia/626 are still lighter nevertheless.
