Where to find Kosei K1 racing wheels?

Does anyone know where I can find a set of these? Tire rack does not have any other than a set that has a +45 offset.

I am spacificaly looking for a set of 17's by at least 8" wide. Anyone know. I already know about ebay and craigslist.

K1-TS 17x9 +35 15lbs and change. Won't find a better deal than that.

They say they have less than 2 of 'em but give 'em a call and find out for yourself. IIRC it said that for someone else and they called, they had plenty.

I'm sorry. I should have been more clear I am looking for the Kosei K1 Racing wheels. It's a discontinued wheels that is a 6 spoke design. I was hoping maybe someone knew of a place that still had a set laying around.

Maybe I am being confusing. I know these wheels are available in some sizes/bolt patterns/offsets. I am looking spacificaly for wheels that will fit my 4th gen, in the specs that I listed. E36 wheels will not fit our cars...neither will 4 bolt miata wheels.

I know what the K1 is, I was suggesting a similar but lighter, cheaper, more widely available wheel that is also available in better fitment. Doesn't look quite as good but hey..

Honestly all else being equal (normal price) they're almost identical to 17x9 RP-F1s which if you ask me look a loot better. But they're not, they're half price, sooooo...

False.

Flat spokes >> "caliper clearance" curved spokes, slight dish FTW and slight "perceived" dish ftmfl.

Based on all the research I did back in the day before I bought mine, they never made them in our bolt pattern in anything wider than 17x7.5 +45mm. I searched high and low.

Buddy Club P1 Racing QFs come in wider sizes in 17" 5x114.3. They look like a K1 with a curved spoke and lip. You might already be aware of this though. Scroll down.

Thanks for the info., and that is what I have found too.

I was not aware of that buddy club wheel. I may try to find that wheel used because they are super expensive!!! The 17x8 +35 is listed at almost $500 each!!! I can't swing that.

you might search the P1 Racing SF also, I looked on that site I posted and didn't see anything wider than 17x7 for the SF, but maybe I overlooked something or maybe they are listed on another site somewhere. The SF is less than $200 per.

also, not sure if you were aware but they DID make the K1 Racing in 16x8.5 in our bolt pattern (300ZX TT rear fitment). I wanted to find a set of those but they are super rare, they do exist however. You used to be able to bring them up on tire rack if you put in a 300ZX as your car on the wheel finder.

also, not sure if you were aware but they DID make the K1 Racing in either 16x8 or 16x8.5 in our bolt pattern (300ZX TT rear fitment, same as stock 300ZX Twin Turbo rear, just cant remember if it was 8.0 or 8.5"). I wanted to find a set of those but they are super rare, they do exist however. You used to be able to bring them up on tire rack if you put in a 300ZX as your car on the wheel finder.

16x8.5 +37 is the size you are thinking of. I know they are out there and I would love to find a set too. I know a guy on the forums was selling a set a while back but they are long gone. Also I am not sure a 16 would clear a cobra rotor.

yeah 16" would probably not clear your cobra rotors, bummer.

when I was searching google to figure out if they were 8.0 or 8.5 I actually found the post where the guy was selling those 8.5s for months on the .org. if I had known that I would have bought those in a second.

I got mine from one of the vendors in the group deal section. he got me a great price shipped to my door. PM ImportCarPartsP, thats who i ordered them from. heres a couple pics:

ebay. They were used. Just go on there and search Kosei, you will eventually find a set. You will see the 17x7.5 much more frequently. Also this wheel is discontinued to the best of my knowledge...that's why it's so hard to find. It is much more common in different bolt patterns (non 5x114.3) you will find.
