Who has Sumitomo HRT Z III?

Its time for new tires and was wondering if anyone has tried the Sumitomo HTR Z III? It will be for my 18x8s.

Im more concerned about ride quality, noise and safety rather than performance since Im not racing or anything, just daily driving.

Guess so. Is that good or bad? Dont know if I should get the HTR+ or the III's since they are maybe $17 difference in cost.

I have the IIs and they have been decent tires, good bang for the buck. I would go with the IIIs over the +s. The IIIs are one of their latest designs and should out perform the +s in every way. The +s are an allseason tire and the IIIs are a summer tire, do you need an allseason tire???

Im fine with summer tires since I live in CA and the only thing I encounter is heavy rain. I think I will go with the IIIs. Thanks.

I concur about the II. And yeah, here in SoCal, I haven't used all-seasons for the past 6ish years.

Sumitomos are very quiet tires and are highly underated. The could charge alot more for them than they do.

Thanks guys I just ordered them and they are here. BTW, what tire pressure do you guys run your 18s? With my 18x8s with 235/40/18 I ran 37 front and 33 rear.
