Falken 452 - run wide or narrow?

Pretty much decided on my next tire, Falken 452. I will be buying them in 245/40/18 and wanted to make sure they don't run wide like some places I've read online, which then will make fender clearance a pain. Thanks

general consensus is they run on the wide side, but i doubt it will be enough to make it an issue unless you are slammed on low offset.

Nothing crazy, 18x8 +35 on Eibachs. But I was rubbing REALLY bad over bumps on my factory 17x7 +40 with 215/55/17 and a 20mm spacer, which rolling the fender could have cured. Just afraid if the tires run much wider than stated 245 then even after rolling fender won't clear.

i think you should be okay even if the tires run a bit on the wide side. just roll your fender if it rubs. i doubt it will be bad especially with 18x8 +35et on Eibachs. stiffen up those shocks too if you can

you should be fine. I only rub on the right rear and i have 18x8.5 +30 wheels all around wiht 245/40/18 goodyear eagle GSD3 F1's. I'm lower than you on the Eibach's (Tein coilovers) and I only rub when there's someone in the back or something in the trunk.
When I had 18x8 +35 with the same tires I never rubbed (same drop).
