Advice on Yokohama AVS db S2's

I would just like to give some advice to fellow members.

Stay far away from Yokohama AVS db S2's (235/40/18). I got these about 2 years ago and they are bald and cracking around the outter thread grooves.

I have less then 20k miles on them and have to replace all four already.

Ticks me off because I'm not an aggressive driver and I always rotate every 5k miles and check air pressure.

Wife is not please that I gotta dish out another $600+ for tires again.

As I recall -- those are a discontinued summer ultra hi-perf. tire, are they not?!
Sounds like they did what they were supposed to, if so --

Sorry dude. Be more careful and read reviews before you buy your next set....

No, they were all season tires. I just never seen a tire start tearing and rotting in the tread grooves so early. Looked like they were about to seperate.
