300zx TT 16x8.5 wheels

I just want to be 100% sure that the 16x8.5 300zx TT wheels fit in the front of the car without any spacers of rubbing at 100& full turn. I have seen them in the sticky thread but I see no mention of any spacers and I find it kinda hard to believe that 16x8.5 wheels fit on there with no spacers at all.

BTW does anyone have the weight on these? The 16x7.5 are listed at 16 lbs, is that correct? How much are the 16x8.5? Thanks.

whats the given offset of the TT wheels? i dont rub full lock on 17x9 +25 with 235/45. given that the wheels have to clear the TT calipers, you should be good. no worries, its believable lol.

Well I'd sure hope they do clear stock 300ZX brakes, since that's what the wheels came on from the factory.

The TT wheels weigh just over 20lbs and the NA wheels weigh almost 19lbs, and yes the 8.5" rear wheels will clear the Z32 front brakes.

I was thinking more of clearing the stock wheel wells and not rubbing anywhere, cause 15x6.5 to 16x8.5 is a pretty big jump.

Your not going to get rub from a 16x8.5 +35 wheel. I ran 17x9 +34s with kumho 710 slicks ....275/40/17s at an event last weekend with out rubbing, and I'm on S-techs. The picture in my sig is 17x9 +34 (same wheels) with 255/40/17s, they never rubbed in the front either.

17x8.5 +40 255/40/17s never rubbed, the Zs setup should be 5mm more flush.

What tire are you going to run? 245/45 or 245/50
