HOLY CRAP! That's cheap! The only difference with the $78 and the $95 is the production date?

The difference is production dates where the $78 version was produced in '05. Although, the $95 dollar ones I received had production dates of the 12 week in '06; so, likely only a year newer.

edit: This is for the 245/45/17s.
