Quick tire question (2003 SE)

I have a 2003 SE with stock wheels that I need to get new tires for ASAP due to a compromised sidewall.

What's considered a decent but not outrageously expensive all weather tire?

Im actually in the process of getting tires too. I have been doing some research and it seem like the Nexen n5000 tire is a pretty good choice. You can find them online for a little under $100. Im also open for suggestions too.

I have the same model and year and am looking for tires, also. Someone suggested the new Continental DWS tire to me. It's pricey, but from what I can tell, it's a good tire.

I haven't made a final decision, so I'm open to any suggestions also. I'll post if I come across anything better.
