Go measure? It really is that easy....

But to give you a spoon feed, it depends on the size of the tire. With that size I am going to assume a 225/40/18. Personally I would use 20mm and roll the fenders, but for any normal person around 10mm will work.

Edit: For the love of God sell those wheels, they are the among the ugliest I have seen in my short existence.
