will 18x8.5/38mm offset wheels with 245/45/18 tires have any problem on a stock 03?

Is that it, really?

And yes, those will fit fine. Any reason why you went with 45's instead of 40's, is it because of the stock suspension?

i wanted to 40 but i got a great deal on the 245/45.

what benefit would i get from 40 instead of 45 beside looks.

So no rubbing or scrapping?

No problems, I am lowered w/ 245-40's on +23mm, only rubs on one side because my beam isn't centered.

I think the 45's would look better in your case. Your speedo might be off a bit, but that's ok.
