Is this tire setup okay?

Hi,
Is my current tire setup okay? Tire guy said it was okay but I read a bunch of places how the rears are important as well. Just don't want to slam on the brakes in the rain and have the rear spin out. Prefer not to get two more tires for the rear since I need to get two new winter tires for this winter.

Notes:
All are all seasons
All are 225/50 17
Have seperate set of winter tires

Fronts
Michelin MXM4s (6/32)

Rears
Fullrun 599 (6/32)
Falken 912 (6/32)

Thanks,
Mike

to avoid spin-outs/fish-tailing, better tread should be in the rear tires.
