Thinking of adding 5mm hubcentric spacers on my wheels, so that they sit more flush with my fenders. Will I have any issues using hub rings on my wheels if I add them?

Where are you getting the spacer from? Find out the center bore of your wheels and see if they have or can make them hub centric to the car and wheels. You may need to go 10mm to do it though.

no you shouldn't, i have 5mm and use hub rings for my aftermarket wheels, and it still works on the original hubs. any larger of a spacer and they usually have a lip on them to replicate the hub they are covering up.
