2008 Maxima Rim/Tire combinations Help Needed

I was wondering if theres a chart or something that shows compatible rim/tire sizes for an '08 Maxima. Im new to this and seem to be going in circles. Currently I have 245/40zR19 94Y continental DW tires on Zinik rims. I was given some '03 350Z rims from a friend that i want to use for snow tires and the tires are stock 225/45 r18" in front and 245/45 r18" in back. Can i put 245/45 r18" on front and back of the Z rims and be fine? Or does the different original tire size also have something to do with the rims? I know my car came stock with 245/45 18" but they werent on "Z" rims.

Nope running a square set up of 245/45 is fine.

You could also run 225/45 front and rear if you wish and they'd cut through the snow a little nicer.
