I have a set of 4 300zx Rims with 225/50/16 Hankook R-S2 tires. 2 of tires have ~75% of the tread left if not more the other 2 have about 25%. The Rims are in good condition {ie not Bent}. The rims are currently painted black.

These wheels and tires would make for a nice set for track or Autocross use.

No there shouldn't be any issue with a 3rd gen. These are to stock rims from a 90 to 96 300 zx NA. They are 16x7.5. Not sure about the weight.
