will these fit?

i'm looking at some wheels and was wondering if 18 x 8 will fit on our 6th gens without rubbing issues? Thanks in advance

thanks for the response...i know these questions are newbish but i just gotta make sure....another question i got is will i notice a difference with 235/40/18 compared to our stock 245/45/18?

You really want to take note of the offset of the wheel you're buying.

Ideally, you'd want between 25 & 30mm (positive). That will give it a wider but non-rubbing stance on 18X8's.

Your ride quality, looks, and speedometer will suffer with 235/40's (really try to avoid that size).

will the offset from an 05 tl be equivalent to our cars or will there be fittment problems?

isnt the stock rims 18X8?
i was 99 % sure they were 18 x 7.5

why is this in the for sale section
i dont know...it was moved here

6th gen OEMs are 7.5

18x8 will fit

I have 18x8 front and 18x9 rear no problems. Stay away from 35-40 tire unless you have to have a low profile which you definitely don't on 18s
