WTB/WTT: 97-99 SE wheels

I'm looking to buy a set of 97-99 SE wheels in the mid-Atlantic region (willing to drive 3 hours from Lancaster, PA - zip 17601). I have a brand new Stillen 95-01 y-pipe I'm also willing to trade.
