My brother sold his max so I need to get rid of this set of rims. It's 18"x8" with 245/40/18 tires I believe.
My brother put less than 1,000 miles after he installed the rims. I originally bought it from Epacy for $1000 shipped but since front two tires are worn bad due to the alignment issue. Two bad tires, you can still drive on them, but I recommend replacing them. So I'm selling it for $675 shipped via GreyHound Express. I understand your concern, but I wouldn't have put the pictures from previous owner if any more damage was done to the wheels, right? I don't know who would do the business in a such way. Anyways, I'll grab picture of the wheels and upload it on tuesday, since I don't have a memory card reader at home.

Please let me know how much tread is left on the 2 that are not bald and the tire size.

Also, in another post, 2 of the wheels were described as warped, please let me know if this is correct or if they have been fixed. Is the "alignment issue" due to the warping or what is the issue?

Tire Tread

 

Picture of curb rashes.
These are the major curb rashes on two wheels. Other scratches on the wheels are very minor.

 

Thank you for the pictures. Was the tire damage on 2 of the tires due to warping of the wheels or was there another alignment issue, as you had mentioned in your original posting? Thank you for following up.

Can you please describe the tire damage and wear pattern of the affected tires? I am only asking because I would like to buy the wheels but I am trying to figure out how much damage was inccurred during your brother's 1000 miles by the alignment issue and whether or not that issue can be remedied. Front two tires are worn because of allignment issue, his maxima had toe issue after dropping with tein basics. Only the center of the tires are worn on the worn tires.

 

Have you or your brother had the wheels balanced and what were the results? Last post and thanks again.
