Depending on tire size, yes you could probably make it work. Will be an aggressive fitment.

They should fit on your 03 Max.. I have those same wheels on my 96 Max with a 245-40-R18 and the wheel size is 18x8.5. And i dont rub.. Well worth the price wish i got mine at that price...
