in san diego, 35mm offset, 18x8, 2 tires have 75% life left. 2 need to be replaced. The condition of these wheels from a 1-10 is a 9. These have some minor surface scratches from washing that are only visible if you're really looking for them. The wheels are 2 piece construction that are painted silver with a steel lip. They are made in Italy not china.
