19" racing hart j8s

i got a set of racing hart j8 wheels in gold with a chrome lip up for sale wheels are discontinued and hard to find. they are in good shape, no bends, balanced out perfect. does have a little curb rash but nothing major. just need a little tlc and a good polishing and these will be sick. reason for selling is im putting the car back to stock. looking to get SOLD SOLD. specs are as follows:

19X8.5
35mm offset
no sure of weight but they are pretty light
lug pattern is 5x114 and 5x100

tires are:

front-bridgestone potenzas
225 35 19 with 90-95% tread left

rear- michelin pilot
235 35 19 with 90-95% tread left(only bad is they are a little chewed on the inside due to rubbing on the hard plastic wheel liner, cant see when mounted)

I have a Mazda 6 now and +35 is cutting it real close in the rear with rubbing. Can I test them out before buying? Where are you located in Maryland? I'm right outside of Philly.

Thanks,
Alex
