yeah i believe they are....redoing one wheel wont be that bad...they are not bent or anything so you can actually use them now and when you want to redo them you can.....or you can sand that spot down a bit and powder coat =) or i can do that for you for extra =P

no, they are polished - both of them lol i just was downtown with my wife all yesterday for vday =)

Where in MN are ya? Yeah the tires make no difference, and without will be the same because I'd have to dismount them.
