FS: set of 18" and 19" 2010 maxima wheels!

I have two sets of wheels for sale

18" base 2010 maxima wheels with tires asking 400
245 45 18 90% front tires, 60% rear tires

19" sport wheels with tires 600
245 40 19 tires, 60% tread, goodyear eagle rsa

must be picked up from chicago!!! no shipping at the moment....

What's the lowest you'd take for the 19's? I'm in the Chicago area and very interested. Are the tires currently mounted or seperated? And are the rims painted black or plastidipped? Thanks
