$200 Four Sumitomo HTR Z III XL tires
245/35ZR-20 Sumitomo HTR Z III XL max performance summer tires (read the reviews on tire rack, amazing tire, perfect combination of performance/handling/price retail for $127/tire).
Around 75% tread life remaining
I had these on 20x8.5" rims and they fit perfectly. Gave me the same outside diameter as the stock wheels on my 7th gen max.
I had them on for two summers, and I babied my car. No hard cornering or fast starts or anything, so these tires are in great shape.
