Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
It was going to stay stock. The head gasket leaked from a deteriorated water jacket (at the block). I'm in process of adapting a 170hp L28 engine and low torque manual transmission set up. I'm keeping a diary on it. I hope to have a tutorial website about it. It's not a major difference in engine fitment. But it does require some modifications.
Suspension Modifications:
83 280zx suspension techniques springs in the rear. 83 280zx ground control coil overs in the front. (the suspension techniques front springs were too short).
Tokico HP (blue) shocks all around
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
83 280zx 6 spoke aluminum 14x6 wheels
185/60/14 starfire tires (no name H rated)
