This picture was taken at 59K miles, after 7 years, 9 months of daily driving, including Northeast Winters. I take care of my cars.

This is the NWP Engine Torque Link. I can't say enough good things about this device. Very few mods will "transform" your driving experience, since most mods are just incremental changes. But this thing is amazing.

Short-throw-shifters are awesome, but so is the Free STS Modification. Just tap and drill a new hole on the shifter bracket, moving the cable about 3/4" closer to the transmission. Your shifter's vertical throw will be reduced by nearly half. And not that you can tell by this photo, but that banjo bushing is solid polyurethane from Energy Suspension.

Sometimes it's the little things... like painting the NISSAN lettering red on the engine cover burger, or a NISMO oil cap without that dumb NISMO logo; just gun-metal clean.

Progress Rear Sway Bay, and Cattman 2.5" exhaust. Why the 5th Gen didn't come with a RSB as original equipment is a total mystery.

MOOG Front Strut Mounts. A must-have upgrade over OEM when replacing front struts. My front sway bar end-links are quality MOOG parts as well.

Centric Rotors and Hawk HPS Pads. The best brake setup you can have for the price, unless you went BBK, at which point my winter steelies would no longer fit. So... OEM specs it is. And that's fine for a car that doesn't track. Be forewarned about Centrics: while the painted hat and edges don't rust, you will have a 1/2 ring of orange surface rust between the hat and the actual brake surface.

Tokico HP Blues and Eagle F1 tires. The Blues are an incremental upgrade over the stock SE struts, but these Goodyear's... best tires I've ever owned, bar none. And the first thing anyone should do to improve their handling.

RedlineGoods.com for the leather e-brake boot. Not a perfect match for the shifter boot, but a world better than going commando. It was a glaring design flaw on the 5th Gen interior, not to have a boot around the e-brake.

Unable to purchase the 7th Gen decal, I designed my own instead. This was based on the 7th Gen prototype decal, which didn't actually make it to production. erty67 cut the decals, and has been selling them on the Org since the beginning of 2010. I can't begin to describe how happy I am with the way these turned out.

Note the OEM Rubber Floor-mats, which I think look much, MUCH better than the cloth mats. They were bought in Fall 2009, and just in the nick of time, because the manufacturer went out of business and the Nissan parts line dried up. Love these mats.

The dead pedal is customized from the 350Z. The brake, clutch and accelerator pads are actually OEM on the Maxima when the 5.5 is configured with HLSD. Mine doesn't have HLSD, but the pedals were easy enough to get.

Although the Apexi Pop-Charger is very expensive, it has a built-in Velocity Stack design on the collar, and a reverse cone design at the cap, for optimum air flow. Just about the most efficient pop-charger made. Damn attractive, too.

I'm using 25-SMD Amber Wedge Bulbs in my Daytime Running Lights, to match the amber side-markers. It's a subtle, visual mod that few people notice.

Gappy the Frog! Gappy is here to mock all you under-40, low-riding freaks who keep telling me to drop my car. Tokico HP Blues on OEM springs is the most comfortable configuration you can have, while still benefiting from the low rebound of a better-than-stock suspension. So... Gappy the Frog -- Free the Whales!
