Looking at the height comparison of both fstb's there's not really much of a difference. It may be a tight fit on a 3.5L '02-'03 over the upper intake plenum, but imho, it may fit. Just a theory, since I never had them together to check the dimensions of both side by side. Again, wishing I never got rid of this '01 SE. 😮💨 Only 160k miles, had a few problems and ended up dumping more money into her than she was worth, and rust was winning the war.
