Left side ballast location. I used the stickyback 3M tape only. I've got experience with this type of foam tape. It'll NEVER come off if you clean the surfaces first!

Wires on the ;left, to the ballast, wires on the right, to the H11 plug/headlights. Note the small size of the wires on the ballast side indicating lower than expected currents.
